  I had high expectations despite restaurant being empty. But highly disappointed in the freshness of ingredients- moldy cheese and meat tasted spoiled. I felt terrible afterwards too. For nine dollars a sandwich, I don't see them hanging around long, especially with the quality of their neighbors.

  Check your meal! The first time we visited this restaurant about a month after they opened, I had cut up towel in my sandwich. The woman behind the counter, used a towel to hold the hot sandwich while she cut it with a knife. Well she cut right through the towel and it left shreds of this towel in the sandwich. I brought it back up to the counter and she apologized and offered to "clean the sandwich". Thanks I could have done that.
  
  About 2 months later we decided to give them another try and ordered 3 different sandwiches to share. We picked them up and brought them home. The first bite, I kid you not and I pulled out a 4 inch piece of wax paper with my teeth. My fiancé had the other half and checked hers before biting into it, sure enough there was wax paper in that half as well. We called and the woman was very nice and offered us a refund on that one sandwich.
  
  I have eaten at many sandwich shops over the years and have worked in the restaurant business and have never seen anything like this. Especially for a higher quality $10 sandwich that's very small. The taste of their sandwiches are great (once you remove any foreign items) which is why I give them 2 stars. I just wish they can take the extra care to make sure this stuff isn't happening. I find it hard to believe it's just happening to us twice.
  
  Also when something like this happens you go above and beyond to earn back that business, use that opportunity to show me how dedicated you are to making sure this never happens again. Cleaning the towel out of the sandwich showed me that you were too concerned with the cost of remaking the sandwich rather than showing me how dedicated you are to quality.
  
  I will not return to this establishment, plenty of other options in the area.
