  I ate here in March 2017, just a few weeks after new owners took over. If you had been to the restaurant before that, its like night and day. I don't think the new owners did a total remodel, but it looks completely different and much, much more upscale (and much cleaner!).
  
  Food was excellent, and service was spot-on. I had the brisket sandwich and a salad, and others had burgers. I didn't expect a place like this to do barbecue well, but the brisket sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I've had in North Carolina. Awesome! My only critique was that the fries were inconsistent - some were crispy, others were a bit soft. That said, they were obviously homemade and not packaged. And the salad was fresh, bright, and good. I'll definitely be back to try the burgers, although I may just have the same sandwich again.

  Great service, alcohol selection, and food. The hummus platter & the artichoke dip are both amazing. Cozy, & comfortable. Coffee & bar? Win!

  Absolutely incredible restaurant. New owners and management, new decor, and new menu. Whether you're interested in breakfast, lunch, or dinner this place has it all. I would highly recommend visiting and getting acquainted with what will certainly be a neighborhood gem!
